I wish AVG would sort a failsafe process between keys and codes because I don't know what's what anymore and I’m getting tired of trying to solve it as well as deal with account and site page refreshes that’s required to send you an answer.

I think it's the new one code I was last given by tech support in that the same code has been used to activate both Internet Security on 3 x PC's and when it comes to TuneUp it either says the code is invalid or it is already used so I'm back on the 30 trial again.

I've done that many changes and entered that many keys and codes I don't know what's what anymore except that I cannot get TuneUp running on my 3rd PC. Although I can log into my account (albeit showing the US flag and can't change it to the UK flag) it still shows that I have no subscriptions and have tried changing this but it reverts back to rebuying the products I have already purchased but shows them in US Dollars not Sterling. Apologies for the delay in responding but it's not from without trying.
